Return/Exchange Policy
We at Deseo hope you love your purchase! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you decide to return your item(s), please do so within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt. Our suggestion: once you receive your order, try it on and make sure you are happy with the item(s). If not, email us the same day to request information on returning. All returns must be shipped back to us (postmarked) within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of it being delivered to you. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Prior to returning your item(s), please email us at customer.deseo@gmail.com, being sure to include your invoice and/or order ID number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions regarding our return policy will be emailed back to you. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any returned item(s) must be in original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and free of all odors). If we find any signs that the item(s) are not in its original condition, we reserve the right to not accept your return. Once your return is received, a store credit will be issued to your account for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees. If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if the address is undeliverable, we will issue a store credit will you.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will email you a shipping slip with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit. If this should occur, please contact your shipping carrier for further information.
All sale items, rompers, jumpsuits, bathing suits, hosiery & undergarments are FINAL SALE. No exchanges/returns!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
