Expedited/Overnight/Rush Delivery
Please keep in mind when selecting overnight delivery with Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS, we are not responsible for any problems that may occur should the package not arrive on time. Although they are extremely reliable, and promise a certain day and time guaranteed, anything can happen. We do our part and make sure we get your package to them on time, but we do not work for the shipping carriers so we can't be responsible for their mishaps. If a problem should occur we will assist you in every way that we can, but please call them first
Local Customers
If you are in the local Hampton Roads, VA (Norfolk, VA Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, etc) you are able to shop online and pick up your items at a location in Virginia Beach. You will be emailed a location, date and time to pick up your purchase(s). Customers here visiting and not using a Hampton Roads billing address unfortunately will not have this option available.
Correct Address Info
Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are completely filled out (to include apt., suite, unit #, & zip code). If any item is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be contacted to see if you want the item reshipped. If you do, you will be sent an invoice to pay the shipping costs to reship the item back to you. Once the invoice has been paid, the item will be reshipped to you. If you no longer want the item, you will be given a store credit for a future purchase, minus the shipping costs. Please note: NO REFUNDS! Store Credit Only!
Lost/Stolen Packages
Deseo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like delivery confirmation, signature request, and/or insurance, please email us at customer.deseo@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice for these additional fees. Again, Deseo will not issue any refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages!!!
